My battle tech save game is gone! I have a continue button (that isn't working) and a new game button, but no load!

Is there any way I can get these back?

Also having this problem, I don't want to think that I wasted 14 hours for nothing.

Same for me here. I am currently trying to verify the game files, but it is stuck at 0% while checking the local files and is not progressing at all. Losing my progress up until now is a no go.

EDIT: Okay the verifying of the game files worked after few minutes nothing happening. It didn't fix the missing savegame though.

EDIT2: I got a fix that worked for me. Open the Support for Battletech. (Battletech in library -> more -> View Support)
Go to "other issues" -> "File access-related ...." and then follow the troubleshooting steps. These worked for me and i was able to access my save game.

I have no clue why this is necessary at all though. Why do i need to manually give permission to the specific user account i am using, eventhough the permission for "every user account" is already checked?

Makes no sense to me, but it worked for me. Hopefully this will work for other people as well.
