The game doesn't launch when I click PLAY, i'm using windows 10, i've just installed it, any one can help or had the same problem ? Thanks

I haven't played it in a while, but I used to play it on 10.

It works fine for me on windows 10. You would need to provide more info for any real help.

Hi, have you tried the following solutions?
1. Start the game 3 times.
2. Try all compatibility mode with ...\GOG Games\Sacred 2 Gold\system\sacred2.exe
3. Get the sacred 2 community patch: it adds several hundred new items; bug fixes and improvements plus better system compatibility:

The game is extremely buggy in general. Even if you launch it, it has a memory leak issue where it will just crash every hour or so.

A solution is to download the community patch, which solves most of the issues. Beware however, because it makes a decent amount of gameplay changes, which may not be to everyone's liking.....

EDIT:
Also check your task manager for running instances of Sacred client. If it doesn' launch, just terminate every instance of the client and then try to launch it.
