This latest decision from CD Projekt and GOG just is hurting all this community, Russian Users has nothing to do with the war, they are just common civilians that don't take part in the war and they are struggling with the consequences of the same. The forum should be a neutral territory where everyone can spend time, but GOG suddenly decided to make all of us part of the conflict and discriminate Russian users, many of them that take part here in the forum, helping other users, comment threads, posting threads, fixes and changelogs, are friends not foes, and shouldn't make them look that way!
I'm against war in Ukraine as much a war in every other place, hope GOG understand and change this radical decision!
GOG USERS ARE NOT OF THE WAR, STOP SOWS DISCORD ON THE FORUM.
By selling games in Russia GOG would pay taxes in Russia, and tax money would go to support this terrible war.

It's a great decision, and if Russians want to play some games, they can throw stones, or play with themselves.

They'll just pirate them sadly, but the goal is still achieved: no money to Putin's army or economy.

How much they paid in taxes? For what I know, to process payments it take months, for the time Rusia Government see a cent of taxes this war hopefully will be over... It just not correct to spred this hatred, Russian Users are our friends they are victims of this war too!
I am closing this thread as it's a duplicate of the main thread, which we had to close.
