From the sound of it however it looks to be close to actually happening.

R.I.P. Obsidian. Their games will be Windows 10 Microsoft Store exclusive and will probably shut down in 5 years because of mismanagement and creative differences.

Lets just hope this does not mean that Fallout New Vegas, KOTOR 2, and Pillers of Eternity and Tyranny does not get pulled off from GOG.

F:NV is owned and published by Bethesda. KOTOR2 is owned by Disney and published by Disney/Aspyr. Both were contracted out to Obsidian to develop - but they don't have rights to them. There should be no danger of those leaving the store, at least not because of the Microsoft thing.

Eh, the thing that does not make this hurt too much is because Chris Avellone has left the company. And the story for Pillers of Eternity 2 suffered as a result.
