If you are a fan of the RPG like me and follow pages like this (https://twitter.com/RPGSite/status/1465863638678450179?t=ATLCey1ZGxTQBgTKpogUEw&s=19), now it's open a page to vote for your RPG of the year.

You can use this direct link: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeKSOzl8r7U8ZKowuMyWlfLTa7s08q-EmzngTUB9JWKIY080g/viewform or go through the twitter page.

What is your favorite RPG of the year and your favorite RPG of all times?
Mine is Encased, a sci fi RPG with some elements of immersive sim and Fallout.
And from all times I guess is Shadowrun Dragonfall, I'm an old fan of the saga and consider Shadowrun DF one of the best adaptations, and the story it's superb.
Not sure votation is the right word for this

Sorry, I'm not an english speaker, could poll be a better word?
Wow, that's one huge list of games... (Or two lists, actually.)

But something else struck me. The end of 2021 is a great time to pick best games of the 2010s. At least a year passed since the most recent eligible titles, so there's some time for memories and opinions to settle (and bugs to be squashed), but not so long since the oldest for them to be chosen mainly on the basis of nostalgia.

Poll, survey, yes. But you got the point across well enough, don't worry.

A lot of games not on gog, many of which I'd like to play (e.g. Disgaea 6 and Disgaea RPG), so I guess I'm not really qualified to judge. Some of the upcoming games listed that I'd like to play will probably never arrive on gog, either (e.g. the next Star Ocean game). Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous might have qualified for me if it had actually been released for Linux. As is, I haven't played it yet, and won't buy it until they either release it for Linux or sell if for as cheaply as Kingmaker is going for these days. As is, I'd probably pick Solasta or Encased, but both of them have issues that make me feel like if they are the game of the year, it was a pretty lousy year.
low rated
Cyberpunk 2077 appears on this list rendering the whole thing a complete joke. The only thing that is the worst game/developer of 2020 and 2021 only recently knocked off top spot by R* and GTA definitive. Or did
CDPr buy you/that list as well?
Hard choice between Solasta and Wyldermith for me...

They list pretty much any RPG (or RPG-ish) game released between Dec 1 2020 and Dec 1 2021, even say in the description to contact them if they missed any, so there's no curation of the list, voters are entirely free to select.

Oh, ok. I assumed it was a “best of” list, but you are right, there are more shockers on that list, though not quite as bad. (Although cp2077 is not an RPG, barely even an RPG lite, or in fact a game).

The RPG ofthe Year is Wasteland 3 without a doubt! I hate it at the beginning because it was easier than Wasteland 2, but I was so wrong.
Another strong competitor is Pathfinder Wrath of the Righteous, but is so massive and I haven't completed yet, so I can't choose it... I just can say that the RPG component is very well archive it and if you have doubts you should play it, even at full price is cheap.

EDIT: Damn! W3 release it one year ago already. Then Pathfinder it is my RPG of the Year :/
