Does anyone have info on whether this will come to GOG?
The first one IS available here.
I know the multiplayer is gonna be a big hurdle for devs to bring the game here.

Community wishlist here.
I hope so but i'm not enthusiastic that Gearbox is publishing this one or Pathologic for that matter, i'm not expeting GOG at launch but i have hopes the devs themselves will put it here some time after release.

And this, kids, is how you make lotter shooters. Fun ones, at least.
Definitely voted, I was already eying it since some material leaked months ago.

They're not listed on Steam as publisher. Might just be publishing a retail copy once it's out.

Hmm i really hope that is the case. it certainly gives me a lot more hope.
I just saw the trailer for this yesterday. It's looks really good as a 3D game but I wonder how they will change the abilities to compensate for the fact that you can't really line enemies up like in the first one.

I enjoyed RoR too, to the point that i forced myself to uninstall it because i was addicted to it. :P It sports an excellent soundtrack too.
I hope we'll see the sequel on GOG. The first RoR was a lot of fun!
I've been watching some streams of this and it looks like people get killed from the back a lot...because they can't see behind them.

In RoR 1 you saw pretty much everything around you cause it was 2d, in 3d you lose a lot of view.

Maybe they should add a rear view mirror like in Hellscreen.
Here's their trailer with the rear view in action.

e:btw the Hellscreen Kickstarter failed.

I've actually seen multiple reviews praising Risk of Rain 2, and most/?all? complained about being shot from behind. I don't know if I'd enjoy the play style, or even be able to keep up with the speed required, as it looks very twitch intensive. But I'd love to see it here, and try it, once it's out of early access. I'm even fine with a year of exclusivity on STEAM. The developer shouldn't feel like he's loosing sales, because the GOG DRM-Free version ends up on torrents, the day it launches.
