Can someone tell me what the last graphics option does? ASYNC UPNP DETECTION?

That's no graphic option. UPNP (Universal Plug and Play) is used to find devices on a network. I guess it's used to have ad-hoc LAN session or something like that. But a lot of people seem to recommend to turn this off in RoTT.
