Sad news indeed. Nevermore and Sanctuary are two of my fave bands. May the heart collector sleep in peace.

I remember that both bands had quite a fanbase here in Greece back then. Not sure what the younger generation of metalheads listen to nowadays though, because when i carried the bad news to a couple of young metalheads around the block that i happen to know, they barely knew who mr Dane was, even though they "must have heard of Nevermore". I was too afraid to ask about Sanctuary... I guess the next issue of Metal Hammer will educate them. Anyway..
