Purchased a new laptop with Windows 11. installed GOG client and game. game launches and then closes. Any advise?

Might be a bit of a issue with windows 11, heard a few people have issues running titles from the early 2000s on the OS! Still rather new so might be a little bit before some help pops up mate

Look in the Wolfenstein series forums, there seem to be a few posts about Return to Castle Wolfenstein, for example this one, and also a sticky post about using a source port to play the game, although apparently some people have had startup problems with that too.
