Hi guys,

The account I'm posting with has no games on it.

I have another account that has a new game I really wanted to play over the break. I've lost access to the email address associated with it, the website was de-registered. I've sent support a ticket, it's been 4 days with no response (only automated responses).

The reason I'm posting from another account is that I cannot post from the old/real account (because again I cannot log in).

Any idea on any other way I can raise someone at support to get this sorted out?
If someone from support reads this the ticket number is #1219371

Reply to the automated response. Private message a blue. Don't share any details on the forum. Provide all evidence that the blue or support ask for direct to support (or the blue if the blue requires it). Again, don't share any details here. It's Christmas Eve, so you may not get this resolved until next week.

Thanks for the response pds, I've replied to the email two days ago. When trying to PM mods on the forum I get some privacy restriction error. Not sure what I'm missing on that point.

Probably your settings.

Go to your account, settings, privacy and then enable PMs from all users. I *think* that lets you message people that you aren't friends with.

This was it, thanks for your help. I've PM'd a mod, see how we go. :o)
