After having worked for a little over 32 years I retired as of Friday the 9th of March. As is tradition in GOG when a life event takes place we do a giveaway. I have been very blessed with a great family, a great group of co-workers and friends. I have also enjoyed this community very much and have benefited from others generosity. To pay it forward I am doing a small giveaway.

The games are Death Road to Canada, because that is where I live and I thought it was a funny name for a game and Agatha Christie: The ABC Murders because I point and click.

I will run this contest probably until the end of this week. Just let me know what game, or both, that you are interested in. I will do that random draw thing and announce the winners. Just to avoid any scammers, to enter you must have joined before November of 2017 and not be on the list of scammers.

It is not a requirement to enter but my wife and I have a motor home and are looking to do some travelling. If you have any suggestions for places to travel, in North America, we would love to hear them.

Now excuse me I think there are kids on my lawn that I have to yell at.

Got me curious. What are you retiring from?

I know some of your police force are mean SOBs:

Not in, but I'd suggest passing through Waterton on your travels. They have some really nice drives in that area:

IIRC one of these is the Canadian equivalent of Going-to-the-Sun and the best mountain scenery I've seen in my life.
I sincerely envy you - even though I'm 32, I'd love to retire (got some displacements on my back that leave me tired at the end of each working day). I wish you the best in this new life you're starting since Friday.

If anytime you happen to come down to Argentina in South America, me and my mates can give you some directions on cool places.

Enjoy!

Regarding the contest, I'm interested in Death Road to Canada.
Congratulations!!
Thanks for doing the giveaway! I'm not in for this one, but I wanna wish you a happy retirement and I hope you and your wife have a great time with your road trip!
I´m in for Death Road to Canada.

Sorry, no suggestions, because I have never been in America.

EDIT: and of course +1

Not in but can I ask what you did?

If it espionage or something and can't tell me I totally understand.

And be warned, at least half of the people I know who retire either go back to their job or switch to something part time to keep from dying of boredom. :P
Enjoy traveling and long years in health and happiness for you and your family, 51nikopol!

Not in, but thanks for nice giveaway. I've played ABC Murders and it's really nice game with some unique gameplay solutions. It also nicely reproduce the atmosphere of Christie's writing. Liked it.

Oh, man, tired of being alive? You'd better read this post carefully and do not ask again.
