The video file from my PC version is 320x240, I didn't know there was a 640x480 version. If you have any interest in that one, I can put it on Google Drive.

Playstation FMV were limited to 320x240 by its codec, PlayStation Motion Decoder. In game res went as high as 640x480 but its videos not so.

d6nxyzrwk: Thank you. Have you checked any of the YouTube videos out there? Those seem to be 1080p upscale clips, all from 320x240 resolution, you can tell at the end because the text in the BIO is still quite illegible, whereas if they had been upscaled from the original 640x480, the text in the BIO would be way easier to read.

Wayback Machine has archived a lot of Capcoms old website including the videos as far back a 97 but these do not appear to be among them. The official Res Evil section also had some kind of age check which can no longer be bypassed. The vids that are downloadable are only 240x180, are in the .mov format and are just the early trailers and Gamespot preview of the game.
