Not sure if I love it or hate it, but this is the longest word in the Finnish language (which is not a compound word, as you could easily make very long compound words from several words):

epäjärjestelmällistyttämättömyydellänsäkään

Someone tried to explain the meaning in English as something like:
"not even with his/her ability to not to make a thing unsystematic"
all that in one word.

For English, I guess there is "supercalifragilisticexpialidocious".
