In April last year, GOG released the Maximum Entertainment bundle.

At the time, it contained the following games. List taken from an official GOG.com post. I ordered the bundle during that launch promo.

Since then, Remothered: Broken Porcelain has been removed from the bundle. It also seems to have been removed from my account.

The Maximum Entertainment bundle still shows as owned.
The games currently in the bundle show as owned - only the game removed from the bundle is missing.

While I have lodged a support ticket, I encourage other people who have bought or were gifted the "full" bundle to check their own libraries.

Got the bundle, just checked, the game is in my library.

The Game Remothered Br.. is missing from my library, too. I purchased the maximum bundle, too.

I have already filed a support ticket, together with Ys Nordics missing launch DLCs.
Ys Nordics problem got solved.
Remothered is still missing, the support ignored my problem. I am very upset about the (none) help from support.
Its GOG alright.. :(

This sucks, games vanishing from libraries it's damn unsettling even more so when arbitrarity is in the mix which seems to be the case since libraries are being affected only not all of them.

Unfortunately this is one of those cases that only support can fix.

I have no idea if you guys being from countries that have to go through the ratings/bans filters could have something to do with it, that's the only commonality i can see between you two but not between the three of us.

The problem is that gog used the same id for two bundles with the same name, different prizes and that game deleted.

It seems I never checked this thread, because the titles did not impinge on my memory ... no doubt.

And clearly until now, I wasn't impacted.

So I suspect others have been impacted too, and either don't realize, or it hasn't happened to them yet, and it now seems likely it eventually will.

GOG Support provided me with a redeem code yesterday, and the game is now back in my library, and now has its own order entry.

Good to know, the problem was their fault and the best solution is this. Gog has something to improve with bundles, don't touch them adding and deleting items at random.
