True wit.

Westerado: Double Barreled is now available, DRM-free on GOG.com with a 50% discount until November 20, 11PM UTC.
A smoldering piece or iron took your family away, leaving you a pile of distraught, vengeful pixels. But whose finger was on the trigger? Armed with your stylish bandana, difficult questions, and a gun that can just as easily silence anyone as get them talking, you must ride through the West looking for the culprit. Their appearance changes with each playthrough, same as the choices you make in your quest to unmask them.

Looking for more gunslinging opportunities? We've put up a poster with several of most-wanted Western legends: Hard West, Desperados 1 & 2, GUN, and Freddy Pharkas: Frontier Pharmacist going for up to -75%. This Wild West Sale ends November 20, 11PM UTC.

Watch the trailer.

This looks quite fun, wishlisted!
hmm, looks interesting. not sure on the action parts of it tho. love the art work which is funny as I used to hate pixel art but now i get a warm fuzzy feeling when i see it, will watch for some reviews first
I have the game on steam, got solid 10 hours of entertainment out of it without unlocking everything. One playthrough is pretty short, so you need to like to replay stuff with little variation.

But the price is pretty steep even at -50%, I wouldn't buy it for that. As it was already at -80% on other stores, I'd suggest to wait for a real discount.

this looks interesting, and very pixely and orange and brown

still curious about it though, looks like it could be fun and I'm always interested in good stories
Me thinks, I played the predecessor when I was a kid:

No Linux release? Looks like a Unity game that could easily get a Linux version.

As it turns out, it's not made with Unity but with Adobe AIR, so no Linux build it seems...

Ouch, that's a bad choice :) They should have used Haxe instead if they are fans of ActionScript like approach.

Papers Please uses Haxe if I remember correctly.

Hot damn! About time Westerado showed up here. I've been wanting to try this since it came out, but refused to buy on Steam. Now I can, and half-off to boot! Haha! I win.

Ha ha you took me back through the mists of time there. I used to love that thing. Thought I was a proper programmer and everything "Look Mum! Eh anybody can make a game".
