401 Unauthorized. The skins' pages don't load either. The soundtrack's page is working, though.

Edit: all the DLC pages now work, but the actual game's still doesn't.

Edit 2: and now it works. That was odd.

Does this game have anything in common with Vambrace Cold Soul? I thought that only thing they had in common is "vambrace" in name.

Melvinica: Same developer / publisher.
Same publisher, different developers. They are both published by Headup, but Cold Soul is developed by Devspresso Games and Dungeon Monarh is developed by Dvora Studios.

It's the same company. Only the name has changed afaik.

The game is buggy as hell and painfully underdeveloped, but hey, at least they put in the effort to release a bunch of paid DLC..
