The publisher had announced they were working on the japanese dubbing - aiming for Q1 2024.

This is the announcement rempotatoes is referring to. I too will wait for the JP audio before purchasing. Q1 2024 if all goes well.

A big throwback to my childhood right there. They called it Goldorak in French. I was a big fan as a young kid.

Probably would feel very corny if I watched it now, but the child in me definitely wants to play this.

I don't mind bugs, those can be fixed: But here's a warning for those who do: The game needs some bugfixes desperatly.

In one endboss fight the enemy stopped acting at some point, I could just punch him to death.
Luckily it was about the end of the fight, so it didn't matter much.

In a fight against the end boss of the bonus level however, it got worse.
First my heal stopped working, tried both gamepad and keyboard, it would not react, then some other abilities went as well. As a consequence I died, ok. Happens. When I got back also this end boss didn't fight anymore. But he could not be defeated, he got stuck in a force field around the fight area. Had to quit the game.
