I really enjoyed the base game of this I'll admit, but I'm not 100% sure it is a game I would go back to. Eventually the mechanics become repetitive if you go overlong in a single session, so not sure how much this would bring to it.

Still, good to see it here too!

Same here. I've actually uninstalled it. I couldn't even make it through a full play through on the 2nd difficulty level. 6-8 months ago? Probably a different story.

This was a mistake on my part. Should have said 10% from the start.
Relevant. ;)

I was seeing a large number of Let's Plays on the addition about a month ago and had thought it has already been released.

The base game is interesting but it comes down to how many bucks can you make and is it larger than your 3 AI opponents.

The base game is on sale for like half off if folks are interested.

On Linux, the DLC game uses ~/.config/TurmoilSteam instead of ~/.config/TurmoilGOG as the game directory. So if you want to bring your old progress over, just copy the files from the old folder to the new one.

Same here :D i got it cause it looked good and promising , i like games that are challenging but this game is too difficult
and i also don't like to loose ( to much) so ....:D
spending 1.5 hours after i bought the game i kept losing and i dont like losing aswell so its collecting virtual dust on my GoG shelves... i won't buy the DLC maybe i will at 89 cents but that will never happen i guess.

Anyway i will also avoid games that look like this game cause its too hard and takes too much time, games should be fun not boring and wasting too much time before things happen, still have some great good old games on my list that i would buy, sadly they aren't here yet and i guess they aren't likely to ever arrive here at all ....

So what I could tell is that this is a mix of some kind of pipeline simulator, Oil's Well, and one of those incredibly boring spreadsheets where you drill in random spots and hope to strike it rich.

Now someone try and sell me on this.

Oil's Well, was actually fun :D played it a lot, the only bad thing was the blinking of that 'saucer' like monster, but many games felt that lots of flashing and blinking objects would add to gameplay which it did not it only gave you sore eyes and even more if you had senistive eyes ( not refering to sensitive as in 16 or 18 + but to the annoying flickering)
