Tunguska: The Visitation is an awesome, slow-paced top-down adventure RPG. It brings you to the perilous Tunguska Exclusion Zone, where you'll investigate a mysterious "gold rush" while facing deadly traps, infectious mutants, back-stabbing bandits, and well-armed militias.

Now, its latest DLC Dead Zone is available on GOG! It offers two additional challenge modes: "Nightmare" and "Dead Zone", each with new challenges and many, many new weapons to keep you busy!

You can either start the new modes from scratch, or complete a playthrough and jump into the next difficulty with your earned skills, stats, and gears.

Check it out as it is a must-have for anyone who loves Tunguska and looks to replay the game after completion!

So many developers often complain how incredibly difficult it is to keep GOG versions up to date, compared to other platforms, yet the developer of Tunguska always puts them all to shame.

Tunguska gets updated on GOG VERY frequently, sometimes even multiple times a week. I guess where there's a will, there's a way, huh?

That being said, I would really appreciate achievement support some day.

Tunguska and Ai war 2 pump updates out like it's nothing.

At this point I started viewing these games as the Blue Update Dot status indicator. By that I mean that if Tunguska hasn't been updated in two weeks, the blue update dots are probably broken again lol.

I got a blue dot this morning and updated the game. Got another one this afternoon. Tunguska gets constantly updated, the latest one is probably about preparing the game for the DLC.

Funny because I got worried about not seeing AI War 2 updated for a couple of weeks. Was thinking the same thing; maybe the blue dots are broken. lol

Rotorist (guy behind Tunguska) is exceptional - working like crazy on the game, which he's doing after work (yes, being developer of the game is additional activity, made after working hours in his case), doing it 100% alone, and being VERY ambitious about fixing literally anything, that doesn't work ATM and was noticed and mentioned by players (usually on discord, channel but also on other channels of communication)

It's just my assumption, but I guess that with his exceptional resilience, he's not stopped even with the less comfortable procedures behind posting updates for his game on GOG.

This makes me wonder though - is Rotorist (and similar devs) an examples of super-man, never giving up, or those other devs, who are notoriously delaying/skipping updates. are such wimpy :P I mean, I don't like to judge harshly, but Rotorist (and people similar to him) has literally' the hardest (or almost the hardest) conditions any game developer could imagine - and yet he's doing an exceptional effort.

Ther eare several developers who are well able to update GOG games just as well as on other platforms, Eek is also one of them. When a new version comes out, it hits Steam, GOG, Gamejolt, Epic and itch.io the very same day.

A few devs however are quite whiny about GOG because it's not Steam.
