CarChris: I can't understand what kind of game this is from the photos. They all depict the same person, in different stances, and nothing else!
Yeah I thought the same thing. The page doesn't accurately sell the game at all. The page feels barebones.
The screenshots do not tell anything about the gameplay, or do they?

It is a VN - what exactly do you want to be shown? The pics depicted are ingame pics.

There is no gameplay.

All the pictures look the same, portraits of a single(?) girl, nothing else, no environment, not even dialogs (I only discovered later that the first picture actually contains a line of text). I always prefer in-game screenshots over generated marketing material. But what is presented is very limited, even for a VN. I've played VNs with much more variety.

Perhaps there's indeed not more than the screenshots suggest. But the announcement somehow promised "other living beings" and a journey "through the ruined world" ...

I'm not so sure. The literal preface of the game is:

There's dialogue in the game and you also can see screens with environment. The girl you see in the screenshots is the focus of the game. The dialogue is really well written and the idea behind the game is pretty philosophical. The screens depicted on the storepage are probably just meant to show you the artstyle without spoiling too much.

Thanks! That seems to be a decision of the developer/publisher as Steam shows the same pictures for the game. I'll keep it on my list for now, waiting for a better discount as it lacks a Linux version.
