Pulp and pixels, my favourite.

Wishlisted. Powerhoof made some excellent small games available... I honestly don't know what the rules are anymore. Can I say it? Can I link it? Just google The Inanimate Mr. Coatrack, Alluvium or Murdercide 2017. Great stuff.

Anyway, the point is I trust them to make a solid point & click.
Powerhoof is legit! Their free games are great too as already mentioned, although they are mostly known for Crawl that's available here. I really like this strong visual direction and that dark synthwave soundtrack from the trailer - it exudes Carpenter Brut el alii vibes. Been quite a while in the oven too this one, from what I remember. I wonder if their other game is upcoming too - Acid Knife.

+1 for the Linux build!
This appeals to me a lot, I will buy it soon.

Thanks a friggin lot! I had no idea these guys are so cool!
Insta-wishlisted! I felt like I watched a movie trailer and not a game trailer! Wow! Very engaging. Top-notch voice acting. Impressive pixel art. Few are the point-and-clicks that leave me wanting more. I'm so happy that GOG has also included its soundtrack! :)
How about adding the demo that is available on itch.io here? That might entice some people to buy the game! (The demo is great and showcases the strengths of the game)

Even though it's pixel art? ;)

I actually like good pixel art just fine, especially when it has a distinct style. What I dislike, and what is unfortunately common, is pixel "art" that just a hard to read mess, or lazy stick figures that pretend to be "retro" even though actual old games looked way better and had much more detail. Powerhoof's games definitely have style and it never feels like they are just slapping pixels together to use "retro" and "pixel art" as buzzwords.

And sometimes a game can be great even if the graphics are.. not. Darkside Detective is a ton of fun, even though its pixel art is hardly more than passable.

Fair enough, I was just teasing anyway ;)
