99% certain that user agreement is unlawful, unto itself. In short, it is as wet toilet paper.

They should hire better lawyers. Especially those that know better english. That thing is a mess.

Easily circumvented: simply don't create mods.

Good to hear, it seems to be a rare issue. I've seen some people mention the same problem on the steam forums, but thankfully the game works for me with a fix.

I'm having a lot of fun with it so far, it's giving me Space Colony vibes.
