BanditKeith2: Heh for anyone wanting this game on Gog I just looked again .. and apparently on Steam in May the game owner said they won't rerelease the game here because a publisher they used for Gog screwed them over not paying em despite last year saying they was planning to put it back on Gog but now they plan not to.. nor do they seem willing to put any more future games on Gog just because a publisher the people choice screwed em off rather then Gog

Ya if true they are so petty at the publisher they won't rerelease the game here and say if a user got the game here they'll give the Gog user a steam key for the game

Apparently not as a steam page in the discussion aera of the game.. that the thread is titled as ''GOG Release?'' says thier is no plans to release on Gog because of a publisher they had for Gog withheld the money from Gog sales from em

Heres a vid he posted to say it explains it all why it happened https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HFskNnMJkfo

Sarang: Then why not at least put it on itch?
Heck if I know, besides isn't it easy and cheap to get a persons game on Itch ? Also their is other drm-free options other then Gog they could go for if they truthfully just don't plan to ever make use of GOG just because of a bad pulblisher choice .. So it honestly seems to me its more like the person is using the publisher issue as a excuse to not have drm-free versions of their games existing

Because it's a single person who doesn’t seem to have much business experience and had to go through hell and back just to get his game back from the publisher. On top of that, he lost money on development, even though the game sold very well. So he seems a bit jaded at the moment. I can understand if he doesn’t want to deal with anything beyond a single point of contact right now, just to recover and regroup. And it makes sense that the single point of contact would be the largest market.

Maybe in the future, once he regains confidence or has more time, there could be more options. But if you’re curious, it’s best to ask him directly.

I did this through Steam, and his response was clear. He can't afford to release the game here again. I'd love to buy the game here, but I don't expect it to be released here again.
