The Seven Kingdoms return in high definition.

Seven Kingdoms 2 HD returns in this high definition upgrade with support for resolutions up to 1920x1080, up to 4x larger maps for new strategic possibilities, and behind-the-scenes gameplay and balance improvements. All this, available now for Windows on GOG.com, with a 50% launch discount!

Seven Kingdoms 2 HD retains all the qualities which made its predecessor stand out in the real-time strategy crowd. Your tactical options are now more, with new heroes, specialized units, and an additional playable race. What remains unchanged is the unique focus on population management - you'll need to make sure your subjects and thralls are willing to serve you, lest you face desertions or even outright rebellion. But don't be too hasty to strike against your enemies, it's crucial to utilize spies to undermine your enemies.

This release is a free upgrade to all owners of Seven Kingdoms 2, the original release is still available in your bonus goodies section.

It's not all about the zerg rush in Seven Kingdoms 2 HD, available now DRM-free on GOG.com! The 50% launch discount will last for one week, until Wednesday, February 18, at 1:59 PM GMT.

Very nice of GOG to keep also the original version available. I really appreciate that, just like with some other games (Stronghold, Outcast etc.).

Making your customer happy and showing him appreciation is the best way to do business with me. My wallet votes yes.

do i have to fear that the original 7kingdoms 2 will be avaible for a time period in my bonus goodies and then removed?
Nice, I hoped for Outcast HD/ Stronghold HD-Style and we got it! Really good!
Gamecard working on iPhone 6 now, thanks!

P. S. I can't reply to or edit my previous post on this forum, but I could make a new post!
Should the release date for Seven Kingdoms 2 HD be something like 2/11/15 as opposed to 1999 for Seven Kingdoms 2?

I'm really not sure how official release dates for HD releases like this work, so I wouldn't be surprised if I am wrong here.

Not really unless Enlight Software changes their mind somehow. Since it's still their IP/game AND it's being included with the HD upgrade I highly doubt we'll have to pull it :)

Still, I always recommend folks download their stuff as soon as they are able to so that they have everything locally :)
I love it when GoG does stuff like this :-)
WHAT KIND OF ABHORRENT, FILTH IS THISS!??!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?

...............Now that I got your attention, GOG please release Freddi Fish 2 :)
I just tried out this game for the first time, have no idea what I'm doing, doesn't seem like you build buildings and gather resources, I taxed a city I have and suddenly people from it started attacking me (revolt?)

And this is why i haven't started playing Crusaders or similar building games...
Excellent timing. I already had the original game and was going to buy this on Steam and I wasn't sure it was coming here. Thanks to a stuff up on my account (I couldn't buy games on steam) the special ended and I'm rewarded with a free upgrade here.

Thank you GOG and developers. I hope you get a lot of sales from new customers to make up for my lack of contribution this time around.
