Interesting colourful and twisted (''crazy'') version of Postal... I was surprised. Looks great. On the wish list!

If, by "looks better" you mean "looks like more fun to play", then I'd agree that it does. (This may have something to do with having apparently been developed by different people than the main series.)
If you mean it looks better graphically...dunno, it looks pretty much in line with what I've seen of Postal 4. Art direction's maybe more interesting in this, I suppose.
