This game is plunging you into a nightmarish realm teeming with grotesque forms and ominous visuals. Delve into eerie landscapes and uncover secrets in this atmospheric journey through the macabre.

Now on GOG!
Just finished it as well. I have absolutely no clue what the story was about but the atmosphere is thick as hell and visuals and sound effect are awe inspiring ... however it is a really short game. I usually need longer for any game and even I finished it in 3 hours.
Beksiński: The Game?
Looks interesting.

is straight up the Space Jockey chair from Alien. Cool Giger inspired visuals are one thing, but that's a tad blatant.
Pyramid head from Silent Hill is also there, in the trailer.

I wish there was a game where one could explore the world and the culture of the so-called engineers from Alien Covenant. The first seconds of the Necrophosis trailer reminded me to all the petrified or mummified citizens from the city in that movie.
A horror version of Myst is welcomed.
Apart from the already mentioned artist Zdzislaw Beksinski the landscapes and design also reminds me of the artist Wayne Barlowe with books like Inferno.

The game's surreal visuals appeal to me! Feels like a walking simulator into a magnificent, meditative nightmare. ;) After having watched the trailer, I searched the internet for the game's soundtrack (does not appear to exist, sadly). Then I searched the artworks of Zdzislaw Beksinski (wow!). And now I added Necrophosis onto my wishlist. :) Looks very interesting!
