I wuoldn't recommend trying this with only one hand. But no, it's arguable whether some others are megaman clones or metroid clones. there's plenty more like this out there. Most of them aren't loli, though.

Given most of the titles that Kagura Games republishes actually can be played with one hand, iirc... RPGMaker MV and MZ games allow for clicking. Using the UI for cellphones, tap is goto and z, while 2 finger tap is x for menu.
