Given the reports that gog cba to provide offline installers for this game, or give any kind of an explanation, the sensible thing for me to do is to remove this game from my wishlist.
Carry on gog, good job.

Either way, the whole no communication part just makes GOG look bad. Really bad.

Seriously, how hard is it for one of their employees to monitor the release thread at least on the day of release to see whether any issues have popped up? Because lord knows shit keeps happening around here that frankly shouldn't whatsoever. Certainly not for a business that's been around as long as them.

Hell, let's not even talk about the disconcerting increasing frequency of occurrences of them completely missing release announcements for some games or those coming out of early access.

I agree with you. GOG's lack of communication makes no sense.

The sad part is there are not only stores having bad issues like this nowadays. This is probably why I don't get as upset as I should. Seen it too many times

Don't get me wrong. I like GOG, and I'm very glad that they're still around, but that won't stop me from being critical of issues like these.

I upvoted your posted replying to timppu. So I'm not against being critical.

I can only imagine how bad the communication must be in office, if it's this bad with us.

So either the dev is too unreliable to provide an offline installer (no proof of this, just a possibility) or GOG just doesn't care... not a release I'm willing to support anymore tbh
GOG could just be spread too thin to handle anything in a timely manner.
Not sure what’s going on with Gog. I have a couple support tickets out. One of them was even getting a response from a staff member and then suddenly everything goes silent. I can’t get s response from anyone. I even messaged some blues but nothing. I haven’t even noticed any posts by any blues the past couple of weeks. I have to wonder if there’s something happening with the employees at Gog.

Now I hear talk of a union at CDPR and I’m wondering if it’s related. In any case, it’s a shame they screwed up this release this bad.

Just a heads-up, offline installers were added some hours ago.

Thanks a lot for the information! :-)
I think that at least a brief apology for the delay in uploading the offline installers would be in order.
OH, wait... It's GOG. :p
Yeah I might grab the game in a future sale, for now I'm still iffy about the silence

Is it GOG fault or the Developer. It's probably both but will never know.
