Heroes of Hammerwatch is one of those games I have some interest in but worry it might be more multiplayer-centric with a bit of singleplayer just tacked on. Assuming a purely singleplayer interest, am I in for a treat or a disappointment?

I have this on the Switch and I've actually quite enjoyed it single player thus far. I'm about three bosses in, if I remember rightly. It can be a little repetitive in places, which I expected as the maps can be quite sprawling at times. I have played it multiplayer with my wife and it increases the fun but only because it is a shared experience, not because the content or game changes all that much.

Thought I'd share my experience for you.

I didn´t even know that it has multiplayer. It´s a perfectly fine singleplayer game.

Not going to happen at the moment. Its based on Steams linux services, gog has no substitute for that yet. Maybe in next few years.
