A fast paced strategic roguelike FPS where you take the role of a pirate mech with a gun for a head, looting derelict spaceships filled with monstrous drones made out of bone and steel.

GUNHEAD, a sequel to the 2D roguelite Cryptark, is now available on GOG!

In GUNHEAD, you’ll be challenged with boarding and neutralizing procedurally generated alien starships to earn income for their Privateering enterprise. The decaying alien arks will defend themselves from intruders with a wide arsenal of cyborg monstrosities, robotics, and security systems, all obstacles that must be surpassed to achieve victory: the destruction of the ship’s central System Core.

Time for some action! Grab GUNHEAD now!
Pigs are (somewhat) less intelligent than humans. Also, all games are a waste of time, so it comes down to what you enjoy. Evidently lots of people enjoy roguelites/likes or else they wouldn't keep selling. People who don't enjoy them and won't shut up about it are whiny, fragile little babies who can't stand not being the center of attention.

Unlike people who can't cope with opinions they disagree with without resorting to insults, I guess :D
Oh look, a neon-coloured, procedurally generated Roguelike FPS, what a totally original and not played out concept.

You ever see pigs crusade against each other?

Anyway, if you'd bothered to read the article, I think pig was making a case for roguelike mechanics being overused, but having their place in game design nonetheless. And I'm fairly sure the article closed saying people ought to play whatever they like.

What insults? Just an objectively accurate description, that's all.

I have not. I've heard of war pigs but that doesn't involve inter-pig fighting.

I did read much of the article, but started tuning out when he dissed FTL and Into the Breach. That doesn't seem like someone who really understands roguelikes.

I'm pretty sure that I'd get banned for describing you accurately :D

Nah, according to GOG rules it's totally fine to call someone intelligent, wise, stylish, attractive, and fun at parties. Go ahead, I don't mind!
Nice, I do like a good FPS rogue-like. This looks very much like it has been inspired by Tower of Guns and MOTHERGUNSHIP, which both arevery good games. Will get this when I have the time.
Looks like Borderlands. I'd put it on the wishlist if it weren't a roguelike. It also looks like you don't actually have a gun for a head.

SCPM: I like Alientrap's games, so I'll give this a shot, but I thought it was this GUNHED at first:

And I thought about war machine from this film...
