I bougth the game on pre-order and coudnt play yet because of gog.com problems. Download by browser got corrupted and the galaxy one at 0.1 MB/s is taking more than 7 hours, its only 11GB and my internet is good. Guess i shoud have bougth on steam, my mistake.

I tired the demo. It's very, very short, but also pretty good!
I was also surprised of how well the game runs on my 6 year-old computer: with max setting it didn't skip a farme, smooth as silk.
Definitely a purchase down the line!

Swedrami: https://www.game-debate.com/news/29780/ghostrunner-pc-performance-report-graphics-card-dlss-and-ray-tracing-benchmarks
"...the fact that the DX12 API is currently an experimental build"

Would explain why overall performance goes down quite a few notches when enabling raytracing, even on a 20 series card.
Not that having RTX on makes that much of a difference visually anyway, at least to my eyes.

Ancient-Red-Dragon: 20 series cards suck for raytracing in general. It's not 'normal' for them to be good at it.
THE RTX-posterchild Control runs velvety smooth though, so it really looks like non-existant optimization in Ghostrunner's case.

If you're trying to say Control is an optimized game, especially when it comes to their DX12 renderer... :). It just comes to show how little actual ray-tracing we've seen in games so far.

Ghostrunner is the sauce man, the sauce
Kudos to whoever designed the T-073-M boss fight and for sticking with it.
I could imagine there were internal discussions if something as challenging and demanding of one's patience maybe is too much to ask of today's average player.
Jack will be back. See all infos here: https://www.gog.com/forum/ghostrunner/ghostrunner_2_announced
There's another one of those mini expansion packs (Winter pack, Metal Ox pack) incoming for Ghostrunner.

Titled "_neon pack" its main attraction appears to be a wave/horde mode of some sorts, but also comes with further accessibility options as well as new skins for the gloves and the katana. Releases on the 31st of August, if I got that correctly from the trailer which was exclusively shown off during today's gamescom coverage.
