Did you enjoy EVERSPACE™ 2? Well, we have some amazing news for you – EVERSPACE™ 2 - Wrath of the Ancients is now available on GOG!

EVERSPACE™ 2 is a fast-paced single-player spaceship shooter with exploration in space and on planets, tons of loot, RPG elements, mining, and crafting.

EVERSPACE™ 2 - Wrath of the Ancients is a full-sized expansion packed with new star systems to explore, allies to meet, and powerful new weapons to destroy enemy ships. The massive main story campaign will take pilots through four new star systems, each packed with locations filled with secrets and side missions to uncover.

But that’s not all – you can now also get The Art of EVERSPACE™ 2 - Ancients & Titans and EVERSPACE™ 2 - Wrath of the Ancients!

Now on GOG!
Great, it's here. I love Everspace, and yes, I also like the first part with its roguelike element. It was well integrated into the story for my taste, and the procedural levels were very varied. Part two, however, really takes it to the next level.

I'm not sure if this DLC justifies the price in terms of playtime, though, and I'm waiting for some feedback from the community.

From looking at the list of new releases, I suspect the last item should be this: https://www.gog.com/en/game/the_everspace_2_official_soundtrack_expansion_tracks
Lovely, I love this devs, amazing work this guys do! Insta bought
Good practice is to discount the main game if you want your expansion to sell better. Also, like others mention, the laat link should be to the soundtrack of the expansion.

The main game is on sale on Steam. My guess is that it's supposed to be on sale here too but Gog just forgot. It happens regularly here unfortunately.
"Mi ship es su ship" - a proverb of the Ancients says.

(Well, until the ship blows up)
I am as usual the payment captain, although in Poland they must feel like roasted chickens when it comes at the pricing.

Great game, great addons, for sure... but if it can offer sufficient value without a super package (you may find them at another place) is everyones own decision. At least on GOG it is DRM free... that is worth a lot.

Fair enough, they said they was dropping the price to ~25 down from 30, so ever... ever... everyone may be able to buy some more noodles.

It was on 65% off sale on Gog last week during the sci-fi promo .
Not much use those sales if you got the game since its development. This is rather for those people who was until now "to stingy" getting the game, they had some nice opportunities. Nonetheless, for me adding DLCs up to 30 CHF is surely slowly going to be to much. It would mean that the game "In all its glory" would already cost approximately 100 CHF (~50 main game ~50 main DLCs), and with goodies included more like 140 or something. Yeah around 140 CHF (!!) if i want all the content (without getting high discounts) So, cheap or affordable was yesterday... not today.

So i surely will have to consider now... perhaps wait for a discount. At least it should be the last "paid" DLC so i assume we are at the "final price" now. Updates may still apply at least in 2025. I predict they may work on a new title next year.

In my mind for someone already owning the old game-content there should be a more attractive pricing of new content but thats just me, everyone got own opinions, obviously.

There are indeed some games i wait and wait and wait until they are more complete and cheaper, but on Everspace 2 i made an exception because i love space games and the developer was in need of support. However, they are out of troubles now and nowadays i think they are able to sustain themself with what they got.

Besides: On Steam they offer a "complete edition" now for 66 CHF, at this price surely affordable but no "true fan" would have waited that long, only those who rather had in mind "if the price is alright... maybe". Indeed, on the big platform there are currently better offers and it would be nice having those on GOG as well. Not even because of me or comparable "fans" (to late) but because it will improve GOGs competitive condition.

Overall playtime probably yes but it is actually not cheaper than other rather pricey games with comparable overall playtime, for example The Legend of Heroes Daybreak 2 or even... Kingdome Come Deliverance II (both was 100+ coins for me, with DLCs). I remember when you told me "you would never pay so much for a single game" and "Everspace 2 is more affordable" when i got me Daybreak 2 Ultimate Edition for way above 100 coins and this is of course still far from the "highest deal", as the highest would be like 200+ coins (no one from Brazil, Mexico, India or whoever can even imagine, dont bother there) for me. I was already happy with the "second best Edition".

However, fact is, already told... Everspace 2, for me without using a mix between high discounts and "beneficial regional pricing" is more or less in the same price range.

Sure, GOG is probably with higher initial regional pricing, but it does not mean they do not use it as well. It just does not "undercut" a certain minimum value which can be seen on Steam with truly very wild regional pricing, sometimes with factor 3.
