Soulful pandemonium.

Dungeon Souls, a dungeon-crawling roguelike of colorful chaos, is available now for Windows, Mac, and Linux, DRM-free on GOG.com, with a 15% launch discount.

When you enter a dark dungeon full of danger, you should be prepared to lose your gear, your limbs, perhaps even your hopes! But you must cling onto your soul, for then you can go pick another one of the six unique characters, and return to the hectic maelstrom of spectacular violence raging inside the dungeon.
Drawing inspiration from modern indie classics like Nuclear Throne and Risk of Rain, the monster-wranglers of Lamina Studios have been hard at work leveling up Dungeon Souls even further while it was In Development. They've pumped it full of additional items, unlockable characters, abilities, and better enemy variety. It's now time to grab a friend, choose your warriors, and delve into the depths of these deceptively cheerful dungeons. As soon as you're not afraid to forfeit your soul...

Pick up your experimental guns and spread chaos and colorful destruction in Dungeon Souls, DRM-free on GOG.com.
The 15% launch discount will last until December 9, 6:59 PM UTC.
Another in-dev game that has been fully released.
That is a very boring name IMO.
I know I've seen it on sale at some point.. or I might be confusing with one of a dozen similarly named games.
Still.. co-op might be fun.
I mistook the title and thought Dark Souls has finally here... what a mistake.

You make that sound like it's an uncommon thing :)

But it is. In-dev is still a new concept here.

Future Updates:
- Multiplayer
- More items
- New enemies types
- More traps
- More music
- More levels

Is the above your definition of "fully released"? :P

Joking aside, i'm glad they won't release all of the above in the form of DLCs. :)

In-dev, early access, whatever desura called it, it's been around for years. It has a different name, that's about it.

I'm well aware of early access and beta. I was talking specifically about GOG's in-dev.

When using the Necromancer's Summon this happens:

############################################################################################
FATAL ERROR in
action number 1
of Step Event0
for object obj_Hero:

Variable obj_Skeleton_Ally.my_mouse_y(100059, -2147483648) not set before reading it.
at gml_Script_AttackC
############################################################################################
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
stack frame is
gml_Script_AttackC (line 0)
gml_Object_obj_Hero_Step_0
Incidentally the title screen says Beta 3.0 at the bottom - Not sure if this is meant to be out of early access yet.

I am not sure but I think the actual update may be missing. My library still shows the installer from September. Only the Changelog was updated. This would make sense if the latest GID was just promoted to be the full game (Release Candidate). However the Changelog DOES say there were new features introduced for the full build of December 2nd. It's just that there IS no build for December 2nd.
So there must be some kind of a mistake.

Can you look into this, @GOG?

Ugly, roguelike and "souls"? Yeah, I'll pass.

Can you refresh your account? I just checked the installers for all OSes and they're the latest installers for the game. Also, the in-game version has not changed yet and yes, we've informed the developer about this.
Awesome, looks great. This week on gog has been a very good one indeed.
The funny thing is that the art style looks just as generic as the title sounds. Please don’t take this as a criticism of the game itself. I haven’t played it so it might actually be a really great game. But looking at the screenshots and the name of the game, it makes me feel like this is some kind of meta joke about the current cloning culture of indie/mobile game development.
