Dawn of Man is now available DRM-free. Get it 15% off until March 8th, 9 AM UTC.

Command a settlement of ancient humans, guide them through the ages in their struggle for survival. Hunt, gather, craft tools, fight, research new techs and face the challenges the environment will throw at you.

-Game has a clear tutorial
-Runs fine on a decent computer (I don't have a large town yet)
-Has autosave, slight framedrop when it autosaves
-Game options are okay: resolution, vsync, AA, key rebinding (it doesn't autodetect azerty though), audio volume, ...
-Customizable UI
-Decent help system (think of civlization's help) and tooltips
-Alt Tab works fine

Achievements don't seem to be implemented yet though.
Non-Steam workshop mod support ? Even translations are tied to Steam .

Most indie games add fan translations to the game in a patch, so I hope they do the same. For mods you'll have to look at a Nexus download, since Valve started protecting their workshop downloads a while back and GoG doesn't have mod support.

Game got updated to v1.0.1 by the way.

slowduck: Achievements don't seem to be implemented yet though.
For now, achievements work only in the game but the developers are working on implementing them to Galaxy. Once that is done, all in-game achievements should sync and display in Galaxy.
