Starting now, you can get a brand new Cult of the Lamb: Sinful Pack DLC. What does it mean? You’ll receive 5 brand new Follower forms, 6 new Follower outfits, base decorations, as well as sinful new Fleece for the Lamb.

That’s not all, though! We’re now introducing the Cult of the Lamb - Sins of the Flesh update. The update (content and new mechanics) is free, there's just a pack with cosmetics if you want to support the devs and whatnot

Multiple complaints on the store page that this game is not DRM free and is unlikely to work.

Until these issues are addressed, I do not understand why this is a banner announcement.

Um I may not have the game but in the game dissuasion link of cult of the lamb in a thread asking about it seems the drm factor was resolved in a prior game update

It depends on what you're looking for. ACS tends more in the "Bad things happen and you don't know why", while Cult is more an Actraiser Lite, except you're the demons.
