Enjoy! The Comanche project is back!
I'm confused about possible views. In gameplay videos I can see only a cockpit view for the helicopter, but a 3rd person view for drones, but there are other flying objects with a 3rd person view too (I don't think they are the helicopter).

Can someone tell me if the helicopter can be played in 3rd person view, or cockpit view only?

Cheers!

Bit of a missed opportunity to not digitally re-release the classic 90s installments in the series alongside this new iteration though.
Unless those are still in the pipeline for later(?).

would buy the original for nostalgia reasons. is it absent because of helicopter licensing issues? all the delta forces are here, tachyon too, though their tank-based thing isn't. armored something, if I remember correctly.

WTF, on steam a dev states that you must be online to play singleplayer. This is ridiculous.
How's the situation on GOG?

I'm still hoping the old ones will be back at some point here as well. :) I had a pirated version of Comanche Maximum Overkill in the past. I would like to redeem myself.

Oh, I just had put it in my basket. And out it goes again until it's cleared. Always-on singleplayer is a big no no. If multiplayer isn't available after years then that's a shame but oh well... (I still wonder why companies don't just release the server-software anyway so 'the community' can take over).

For a moment I also thought that Comanche: Maximum Overkill got rereleased.
It looks interesting. I've never played a helicopter game before. Maybe this will be my first. Thank you for including achievements from the start.

Huge thanks to THQ for releasing their games here.

Could you please, or a Blue confirm that status of Single Player and the always being online requirement?

Its in my basket waiting to be bought!! :)

Cheers guys!

This game has no controller support? It's not listed as a feature on the GOG store page.

That seems quite odd to me. It looks like the type of game that would be best-played with a controller.

Is any part of the game offline? If it's online only, why is GOG allowing the release of fully DRM game?

It still the main reason, I will not buy blitzkrieg 3.

Agree, even Comanche 3 has controller support and play's prefect with it.

I'm pretty sure GOG have play-tested it offline.

(You did, didn't you GOG?...)
We seriously need a modern Airwolf game. Or maybe just a nice full mod for re-skin and missions (and of course the iconic music)
