Zoidberg: A reminder is fine, no need to overdo it and getting on borderline harrasment though. I'm pretty sure you have better things to do than that anyway. ;)

MarkoH01: I can see no harrasment in making them angry about the fact that they don't give me what I paid for (meaning game updates in general not the additional languages which in this case weren't even part of the package). Whenever devs tend to ignore me I tend to make them angry because they already have my money and I want what I have paid for - it is a matter of principle and I don't mind the few seconds for an additional e-mail or even a post on their facebook where everybody can see that I am a unsatisfied customer. Unfortunately today many people simply don't fight anymore and just accept the fact that they cannot change a thing (which simply is wrong). As a reminder: it took me several months to get the blackguards patch (which fixed a game breaking bug) here to GOG - in the several mails I received from different people from Daedalic one person did not know what the other said and if or when the fix will be ready or arrive at GOG or not - in general there was much chaos and not a clear answer - imo this is unacceptable. Especially Daedalic had MUCH better customer support when they were still a small company - unfortunately that is not the case anymore.
Unfortunately that happens.

Best would have to have a generic recourse in such cases but it'd imply that customers have rights... which seem to be less and less the case.
