Does "Complete" edition include soundtrack and artbook? What is its relationship to "Deluxe" edition?

Apparently "Deluxe Edition" is only the main game with Soundtrack and Artbook included.
The Compleet Edition contains both games but neither soundtrack nor artbook. So far there does not seem to be any package that contains both games, soundtrack and artbook.

I don't know, I played the demo of Brok the InvestiGator, and the combat certainly didn't scream "this deserves a separate game".

No, that's a mistake on the gamecard. The installer is approx 1.2 GB.
