I never heard the term "BrewPub".
But if we indulge the idea of a pub that also brews their own beer - that's what craft beer breweries do.

From the game's description:
"What’s in the game:
Brew your own beer! Buy ingredients and follow recipes or create something new, unique, and possibly not awful."

That's the definition of a craft beer.
So, "Craft Beer Simulator" makes more sense.

You prefer "BrewPub"?
I've got some good news for you - they just released the game you were looking for.

I've got some good news for you - they just released the game you were looking for.
I highly doubt that all breweries, "craft" or otherwise, have an on-premises bar/pub. At any rate, "brew pub" implies a pub/bar that brews small batches of beer to sell primarily or exclusively on site, as opposed to a brewery that principally brews beer for off-site sale (but which may or may not also sell it in an on-site pub).
