and I was thinking this DLC should be free.
I like GalCivIII; I'm in the middle of a campaign right now (slow speed, biggest Galaxy size; might take some time) & totally do not regret it. Awesome game. With that said... the DLC descriptions for it are weird... or underwhelming... or I just don't get it.... sry :(
I hope I can buy all the DLC together at some point.

This. I hate to buy dlc separately because it rarely gets the big discounts that complete editions of games get.
