I was under impression these soundtrack were already available as goodies with games, or was I wrong?

Is there any difference between these and OSTs in Classic editions?

Also, forum popup.

Are the two above the same as these:
BALDUR'S GATE: SIEGE OF DRAGONSPEAR -
DIGITAL DELUXE EDITION SOUNDTRACK GOODIES
Baldur's Gate: Siege of Dragonspear soundtrack (FLAC and MP3)
Baldur's Gate: Enchanced Edition soundtrack (FLAC and MP3)

I don't want to end up buying something I already own.

Also, if you own Digital Deluxe Edition of Dragonspear, OST is included, so no need to buy it again :)

The Classics have the soundtrack included. EEs do not.

I would like to know that too. If it has not changed, when you buy the Enhanced Editions, you get a key for classic versions which all have soundtracks included. So there should be a difference. Quality perhaps?

I suppose so.
And I looked at the descriptions and there are few bonus tracks in each OST, except Dragonspear.

Well said. I'm sure that all the people who were white-knighting for Beamdog are re-thinking their position after this latest cash-grab.

They actually cost more than the classic games + the soundtrack used to cost.

The soundtrack is now more expensive than the game + the soundtrack. Amazing.

Yep. Sadly, the loss of drawing points like this that once made GOG special, are now homogenizing it into just another digital games storefront. I've noticed many, many games in the last year or so that have nothing else packaged with them. Time marches on, I guess.

Nice, they're definitely getting all their money's worth out of those licenses.

I suspect they probably need every dime. This move reeks of pure desperation.

Hopefully Beamdogs goes under before they can lay their filthy hands on more classics and ruin them too.
