I think QWER are used in the rhythm minigame because, why use WASD instead? It's very cumbersome to choose those keys for that type of minigame.

So the presence of QWER in the screenshot only shows that the devs are aware that there are more keys in the keyboard and some of them can be better suited to a specific task.

I meant, are they rebindable for non-QWERTY keyboard layouts?
