What lies beneath.

Adalian Forest, a new DLC pack for Absolver, is now available DRM-free on GOG.com. The base game has also been updated with the free expansion Downfall. Both the base game and the Adalian Forest pack are 50% off until September 30th, 10pm UTC.

The Adalian Forest is a cosmetic pack containing some fancy looking equipment for your fighter.
Downfall is a free update which brings a new game mode waiting in the Adalian mines beneath the Underground Temples. It also brings a new combat style for experienced players, school challenges, and equipment.

Agreed. That is by far and away the biggest thing that this game is in DIRE need of.

I have a physical copy of the base game on PS4 and it is effectively unplayable without online connectivity once you get past a certain point in progression.
