Like the overall impression I get from the game's preview video. I get a familiar vibe from things that were around during my childhood. I guess we'll see what people say.

Looking at the game's preview, I can't imagine it being extremely similar to FTL.

My educated guess is that it trades depth in control for depth in storytelling.
