I just found out from my russian facebook friends that they can preorder cyberpunk 2077 at less then half of the full price of 59 euros , i was delighted since i live in serbia which is even more poor then russia so i loged into my steam account to preorder but i was suprised to find that game for me costs 59.99 euros ,so then i was like its probably steam not having registered my account that im from serbia or smth similar but then i checked and indeed steam already recognized that im from serbia.
So then i thought maybe its just steam doing their stuff to get more money ,so i decided to log in here with my facebook acount just in case because i have yet to buy anything from the store so they would know im from serbia, but then i was suprised again that game still costs 59.99 euros for me :( ,ill probably still buy it but cant something be done for my region ?

Ask the developer/publisher directly, you're on the GOG user forum here.

I'm sorry to tell you but you are in Europe and European prices apply to your country.

Hey thanks for trying :) ,ive sent a couple of messages on support and their fb page they seem to answer people if youre lucky ,we will see what happens
For plenty of games Serbia and Montenegro get the EU prices (as in, the EUR=USD ones) on GOG. Happened a few years ago, when they started giving the EU prices to Eastern EU (which for GOG means Romania, Bulgaria, Estonia, Croatia, Lithuania, Latvia, Slovenia), and Serbia, Montenegro and the Vatican were lumped in there as well. Seems like there's a single game where that's not the case (as in Eastern EU get the EU price and Serbia, Montenegro and Vatican don't).
Don't look for logic to regional pricing. Some poorer countries with high piracy rates but which nevertheless remain too important markets to ignore and/or have publishers or even governments with powerful enough negotiating power get discounts, for the rest it's basically as much as the publishers think they can get away with, always has been, regardless of excuses or justifications.
