Jokes of all kinds (but harmless of course, not things about attacks etc as you mention) is the bread & butter of this day. Whatever brings people some smiles, i say the more the better. If you can't handle it, which is of course completely understandable, just don't click everything you see or don't log-in at all. ;)

Actually I sort of agree. I'm also tired of all the "hilarious" pranks and fake news and the like. Every year maybe 1% of all that is really funny, the rest just makes everything tedious as one has to put up with forced atempts at being funny from people who really don't have the grasp of the concept, nor any skill in that department.
