Opens a new page, select the problem type, put a header in subject, like asking for a refund to paypal

In the Message field give all the details and prior ticket number (if you have one) and just wait for support to contact you. It might be possible that they can not put it back onto Paypal though, certain money laundering laws and similar does prevent them to do so and they might ask you for a real bank account instead, just as a prior warning ;)

Might still work, but just don't be surprised ;)

micktiegs_8: You won't get a refund to Paypal. That statement you have up there does not say that in the slightest. 'GOG wallet funds are not refundable'.

If you bought a game from Paypal, didn't download it... you can get a paypal refund.
If you bought a game from Paypal , downloaded it and cannot play it due to unfixable technical issues... you can get a paypal refund.
Now here is a situation I've had that probably pertains to you:

I bought a game MANY months ago, as well as another which was over a year ago (both from Paypal). These games were abandoned by their developers (the GOG versions) which I found to be poor practice etc.. I was refunded to my GOG wallet for the game over a year old, and refunded to paypal for the newer title. This is an extreme circumstance in which GOG support refunded my Paypal at their discretion.
