Dear GOG,

I have putten 2 tickets on your suport page, 1 post on the Space Colony HD forum, even contacted firefly suport which are the developers of the game, because space colony HD doesn't work on my pc.

Only Firefly Studios replyed, but their solution didn't work, from GOG not even a word.

You say you have a refund policy, but tbh it's really hard to find as in the suport there is no direct mechanism to ask for it, to make a claim.

So i had to come here.

I wish a refund for Space Colony HD cause the game simply doesn't work, as i have stated in the Space COlony HD forum and in both my tickets to your suport.

I wait your answer as u obviously know my email.
When did you send the tickets? There's a big sale going on and support staff is probably a bit overwhelmed. It might take them a few days to get back to you.
As soon as you make a second ticket they put your name at the very beginning of the cue.

As for a refund, I can assure you will get one just as soon as GOG has exhausted all possible fixes to your problem.

Be patient.

Thought they said that wasn't true?

They did?

Well then I apologize.
Good to know.
About the second ticket i didn't knew, however i don't want the 14 days to run out and then everything gets wasted.

I guess i'll hand on some more days, but tbh i buy games in gog because they work. If they stop working then GOG isnt doing it's job.

And i have put the first ticket Jun 15th.

And they will try all the fixes they have. If those fail you will get a refund.

It's 30 days from the time you send the support ticket, so you don't need to worry about losing an opportunity for a refund because support is slow.
