I have requested a refund for the new System Shock game on the 15th of March, its now the 22nd of April and still no refund, does Gog.com always take so long to do a refund into PayPal?

Non-wallet refunds are treated like regular support tickets, meaning 5 weeks is usually the smallest delay you can expect before a response.

Did you check your GOG wallet? If you didn't tell them specifically that they should refund it to PayPal, the money might have ended there.

I specifically asked for the refund to be sent to my PayPal, I just didn't expect for it to take SO long!
