How long does it take for a refund?I cancelled my preorder from vampire masquerade bloodlines yesterday and i was getting a automatically email where it says if i want to have it transferred to my bank or wallet.I answered with wallet so it should be already transferd there right?

Keep in mind that it can still take some time for the refund to clear accordingly, especially given that it's a weekend.

Just FYI...

Not regarding refunds...

... but...

... it took me about a week to hear from customer service on a sale question.

So, I would expect that you probably won't hear word for at least a week.

I refunded a game recently and I also went with the wallet option. I got the money in my account the next day so give it sometime I guess.

Just FYI, refunds are in a priority queue and it took me less than 30 minutes to get mine.

In contrast, I asked a product question on a game I didn't own (Disaster Report) in April and got the answer in July.
